Ruling in the Case about Right to Repel (Change) Decision of Local Self-Governance
Constitutional Court of Ukraine has finally stopped all discussions as regards the right of bodies of local self-governance to repel or to change (amend) their own decisions (of singular application, like decision on allocation of a land plot) after the implementation of such decisions. CCU said that it was impossible because such decisions "exhaust their action by the very fact of their implementation". Complete text in Ukrainian is HERE.
