JSCB Ukrsotsbank constantly cares on improving the quality and convenience of service of its clients. Within the project on the introduction of new technologies and forms of service Ukrsotsbank created and constantly expanding networks of self-service zones. The aim of this project is to provide banking services around the clock and every day in the most convenient, simple and quick way.
The self-service zones are decorated with the up-to-date equipment (ATM, ATM with deposit module, an information booth). We have organized a direct telephone communication with the Contact Center of the Bank and provided the necessary level of security and privacy. The number and range of services provided in the self-service zones constantly expanding.
Advantages:
constant access to the banking services — self-service zones work around the clock without breaks and weekends;
availability of deposit ATM and information booth:
the possibility to call to the Contact Center of Ukrsotsbank for free and get advice about any banking services;
no queues.
Services provided in the self-service zones:
Cash withdrawal or replenishment of a card account with cash at once;
Money transfer from card to card;
Receiving a mini-statement on the card (the last 10 transactions);
Receiving a statement on the card account;
The Oshchadny+ (Saving) account activation;
Money transfer from and to the Oshchadny account;
PIN change;
Purchase of recharge cards of mobile communication operators, providers of Internet services and IP-telecommunications;
Bank cards blocking;
Re-issuance of the bank card
Connection to SMS banking
Receiving calculations and preliminary loan decision;
Getting consultations and all the necessary information on the bank’s products and services

-Insert the card into the card reader, select the language and enter your PIN-code
-Select the “Account replenishment” menu put the necessary amount of cash into the reception and select “Confirm”
