Premier Palace Hotel offers a “Price guarantee,” so that guests booking via our website can feel secure in the knowledge they are getting the best rate available on the market. Should a guest source a lower published Premier Palace Hotel rate on-line for the same type of room and booking conditions on the day of booking, we will match that rate and discount it by a further 10%. For a claim to be valid under this guarantee, it must satisfy all terms and conditions listed here and be submitted to bestrateguarantee@premier-palace.com in compliance with the procedures that follow. (1) On the day you make your reservation, you find a lower published and available internet room rate for the same hotel and same number of persons, room and bed type and you advise the Premier Palace Hotel of this that same day. (2) The lower Internet rate is based on the same booking rules as on the Hotel’s official website. (3) You provide your PPH booking confirmation e-mail with booking reference together with the website address where you found the lower rate (if possible, please include a screen shot of the room type and rate). (4) You forward your claim to bestrateguarantee@premier-palace.com within 24 hours of booking and we will review your claim and reply within one working day. The Premier Palace Hotel will compare rates net of any taxes, gratuities or other fees associated with the room rate. In the event of a multiple-night booking, the guarantee will compare total room cost for the entire stay as booked on the Hotel’s official website, with the total room cost of the entire stay at the lower internet rate with the same booking conditions. Should the claim be valid, we will amend the room rate that you pay on departure to include a further 10% discount. The Guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:
