Oleg Tkachenko, CEO

Oleg Tkachenko was born in 1970 in Bershad, Vinnytsa oblast, graduated from the Ukrainian State Agrarian University with specialty in Economic Cybernetics. Starting from 1993 he worked as Head of Trading at the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange. From October 2007 to September 2008 headed Kiev International Stock Exchange.

On September 16, 2008 the general meeting of shareholders elected Oleg Tkachenko as a Chief Executive Officer of the Ukrainian Exchange.

Sergey Roshchin, First Deputy CEO

Sergey Roshchin was born in 1961 in St Petersburg. He graduated from Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University with specialty "Automatics and telemechanics". In 1992 Mr Roshchin worked as a Deputy General Director at the investment company "Eltra". Starting from 2000 he worked as a General Director of the asset management company "Eltra" and starting from 2001 he took a position of a General Director of the investment company "Eltra".

Since 2004 Sergey Roshchin has been a member of CJSC St Petersburg Stock Exchange committee and is a member of the Board of Directors of NP RTS.

On October 12, 2009 at the General stockholders meeting Sergey Roshchin was appointed First Deputy CEO of OJSC Ukrainian Exchange.

Evgeny Komissarov, Deputy CEO

Evgeny Komissarov was born in 1969 in Shostka, Sumy oblast. He graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine (Kiev Polytechnic Institute) with specialty in Electronic Techniques and also the National Economic University of Ukraine with specialty in Financial Management. From 1997 to 2007 he worked as a Head of Research and Development and a Deputy Director of Markets Development of the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange. From October 2007 to October 2008 he worked as a Deputy CEO of the Kiev International Stock Exchange.
