Yasni Zorі is the cottage town of the European class located in 15 km from Kiev. It consists of 24 cottages and 38 townhouses of the various type, united by uniform architectural style. All houses are put in operation in March, 2009.

Yasni Zori provides a developed infrastructure: mini-market, cafe, health centre, several sports grounds, covered swimming pool (25 m), playground, parking for guests is planned as well.
There are all necessary services like electricity and gas supply, water supply with a modern cleaning system and a sewerage system. Twenty-four-hour security guards and the own operational service are also in place.
