The 15th Anniversary International Exhibition UITT2009 (Ukraine International Travel & Tourism) is to take place at the International Exhibition Centre (15 Brovarsky Ave.) from March 25th to March 27th, 2009. The event, organized by Premier Expo (Ukraine) and ITE Group Plc. (Great Britain)/
The Ukraine International Travel & Tourism exhibition UITT has been held in Ukraine since 1994, and in 2009 it marks its 15-year jubilee. In the course of its history the exhibition area has increased several times, and the project has deserved to be called the top business travel event in Ukraine of world-wide importance.
UITT is a traditional annual meeting place for tour operators, airlines, travel agencies, national and regional tourist committees, insurance companies, hotels, and resorts. It has become a good exhibition tradition to market services on organizing tours all over the world, traveling by air, selling air and railway tickets, accommodating and booking hotels, recreational tourism, cruises, ecotours, excursions as well as organizing conferences, seminars, incentives, studying abroad, insurance.
The Anniversary UITT 2009: Ukraine International Travel & Tourism Exhibition exposition would occupy more than 12,500 sq m representing besides the traditional destinations (Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, Northern and Southern America) some exotic countries – Brasilia. Lebanon, Morocco and Ecuador will participate in the exhibition of 2009 as national stands for the first time.
Besides the expensive tours to exotic countries the 2009 UITT exhibition will present interesting tourist routs of Ukraine, and this is a good instrument for building up the internal tourism popularity. More than 100 Ukrainian operators will take part in 2009 UITT show. You can find the tourist potential of Ukraine at the pavilion #2.
Also the 2009 exhibition will represent for the first time a special exposition of medical tourism in Ukraine and abroad, where the visitors will be able to get all the necessary information on best medical resorts and centers of the world from such well-known operators
The annual changes of the exhibitor number proves the enormous interest to it showed by national and foreign companies operating in tourism – so, more than 550 companies of 49 countries will present their products at the 2009 trade show. The exhibition organisers are proud of national stands demonstrated by Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Egypt, France, Greece, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Korea, Lebanon, Malaysia, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Thailand, and Tunisia.
Various open seminars of the largest tour operators will be held in the framework of the exhibition.
The destination-partner of 2009 show will be the city of Dubai (UAE).
A wide business program is planned within the UITT 2009: Ukraine International Travel & Tourism Exhibition. The 4rd International MICE 2009 Conference ”Business Tourism – Ukraine” moderated by Mr. Vadim Grabarchuk, President of Association for Business Tourism of Ukraine, is to take place on March 27th. The conference participants will be able to get an objective overview of conference service in Ukraine, familiarize with peculiarities of MICE industry, catering business, set up business contacts, as well as be informed about the most convenient formats of business events and prospects for the further development of business tourism industry in Ukraine and Europe.
March 26th is the date of the 3rd International Business Forum “Small Hotels and Apartments in Ukraine” to be held within UITT 2009 supported by the Association of Small Hotels and Apartments of Ukraine, Pan Ukrainian hostel organization etc.
Following the tradition, the 10th International Exhibition for Hotel, Restaurant, Resort Equipment and Technologies Hotel & Restaurant Expo Ukraine 2009, the 6th International Trade Show of Cleaning Professional Devices CleanExpo Ukraine and the 3rd International Exhibition Brand4Rent – franchising and other business opportunities will take place parallel to UITT2009. The simultaneous delivery of these projects would provide its exhibitors with a unique chance to address and attract a new audience of target visitors.
