THE INDUSTRY EVENT
- It is held annually in accordance with the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine Resolution.
- At the same time with the Exhibition the following events are being held by the following organisations
- Coordinating Transport Meeting of the CIS Ministers of Transport;
professional associations
- Association of Ports of Ukraine UkrPORT,
- Association UKRVNESHTRANS,
- Association of International Road Carriers of Ukraine.
- Due to the Exhibition and Conference leading transport companies of CIS, Ukraine and foreign are being gathered.
THE BLACK SEA AREA EVENT
- It is being held in accordance with the Conference of the BSEC countries Ministers of Transport Decision (Thessaloniki, 26-27 January 2005, Sochi, September 2006). In 2007 the Conference and Exhibition are included into the list of the events dedicated to the Chairmanship of Ukraine in the BSEC
- At the same time with the Exhibition the following events are being held by the following associations:
- International Black and Asov Sea Ports Association (BASPA),
- Black Sea International Shipowners Association (BINSA).
EUROPEAN EVENT
The representatives from the following organizations take part in the Event:
- EU, UNECE,
- Ministries of Transport of Europe and CIS,
- European professional associations (ESPO, IRU, CPMR),
- financial institutions (EBRD, BSTDB).
In the framework of the IXth International Transport Week Inter-TRANSPORT
- The CIS and abroad transport intellectuals traditional meeting partners, friends, transport branch leaders and cargo owners with the transport services customers.

June 2-4th, 2010. The eighth International Exhibition on Sea, Railroad, Road and River Transport, Logistics, Services, Infrastructure and Equipment for Transportations and Cargo Handling Works
- The IXth International Transport Conference. The Programme is being formed together with International Academy of Transport (CIS).
- International Freight Forwarders Day
- For four years International Freight Forwarders Day has been organized in Odessa on the initiative of the Joint Stock Company PLASKE with the support of the Association of Freight Forwarding Organisations of Ukraine Ukrvneshtrans.
In accordance with the agreement and under the support of the governmental, non-governmental and private organizations and enterprises the following transport industry leaders are included into the Organising committee on the preparation of the IХth International Transport Week Inter-TRANSPORT
