The beginning
1. MicroNVR firmware installation into D-Link DIR-320
- Pass in section Maintenance of the router interface.
- Select Firmware update item in the side menu.
- Install firmware.
2. Preliminary installation of D-Link DCS-910 cameras
- Pass in section Setup of the camera interface.
- Select Video item in the side menu.
- Select following parameters of a video stream in section Video Profile:
- Encode type: JPEG
- Resolution: 320x240
- FPS: 5
- Jpeg Quality: Medium
- Select the switch 50 Hz in Light Frequency section.
- Click on Save Settings button..
- Select Time and Date item in the side menu..
- Select local time zone in Time Configuration section.
- Install current time manually in Set the Date and Time Manually section or specify the address of used server NTP in Automatic time configuration section.
- Click on Save Settings button.
Attention: time of each video stream frame is taken from the
corresponding camera. The router DIR-320 does not save system time between
reboots.
The Usage of D-Link DIR-320 microNVR
1. Installation and record switching on.
- Insert the flesh-drive into USB socket on a back of a router.
- Pass in section Setup of the router interface.
- Select Lan Setup item in the side menu.
- Install flags near camera items and enter corresponding IP addresses in
the Camera Settings section.
- Click on Save Settings button.
At this moment the NVR will start recording streams from choosen cameras.
2. A record stop
- Pass in Setup section of the router interface.
- Select Lan Setup item in the side menu.
- Dump flags opposite to cameras which record you need to stop in Camera Settings section.
- Click on Save Settings button.
At this point recording will stop from all cameras. Then recording will
resume from selected cameras.
3. Removing usb-flash drive
Before removing usb-flash drive you should press a button on the left side
of the DIR-320. After 10 seconds you can safely remove usb-flash drive.
To continue recording after reinserting usb-flash drive you should reboot
the device.
