MEGABANK, PJSC offers loans* for acquisition of collateral property, being sold by the bank, all creditworthy individuals (residents) provided they have real sources of loan return and interest payment for its use.
Loan currency:
- national
Scope of loan:
- up to 50% of the collateral value, being sold by the bank.
In collateral return of a loan (pledge) can be given:
- Property which is being bought;
- Other liquid real estate and movables;
- Property rights for deposits, placed in our bank ;
- Warranty of solvent individuals and legal entities.
It’s worth mentioning that mortgagee can be not only the borrower, but any other legal entity or individual.
Terms of use of the loan depend upon the goal of lending:
- For acquisition of pledged movables 3 - 5 years;
- For acquisition of real estate 10-15 years.
Payment for the loan depends upon:
- Size of independent installment ;
- Quality of the collateral.
Interest rate:
- from 25% per annum for loans in national currency.
Documents for formalizing the loan:
- application form with info about desired loan amount, use term, aim and collateral;
- Borrower’s form (filled in a bank);
- Passport of Ukraine;
- Identification code;
- Reference from work about incomes for the last 6 months, signed by the manager and chief accountant and duly sealed ;
- In case of a warrantor:
- Form of a warrantor (filled in a bank);
- Passport of Ukraine;
- Identification code;
- Other documents at bank’s request.
