Microlending of small and medium businesses

From the moment of receipt of full package of documents for express-loans- up to 2 days; for micro loans - up to 5 days.

As per annuity schedule (monthly by equal portions). In case of seasonality the possibility to make individual schedules of repayment is considered. Form of repayment - cash and non-cash from the client's account.

- fixed loan  (one time issue of all the loan);
- loan line within the framework of General contract.

In security of loan return can be pledged movable and immovable property of the borrower or third persons. Also is considered the possibility of borrower's personal movable property. Guarantee of an individual, not related with the borrower's business is a must. The decision about the insurance of pledged property and certification by the notary of the contract is taken by the bank's loan commission. Coefficient of cover the loan by the pledge must be not less than 1,5.

The tariffs on loan products (interest for use of loan, one time commission for review of the documents) depend upon the loan term, proposed security, correlation of borrower's solvency to the bank's requirements.

For the term of up to 1 year for working capital needs and up to 5 years for acquisition of fixed assets.

The main loan currency - UAH. In foreign currency only legal entities or entrepreneurs can obtain a loan in non cash for foreign contracts.

The program of micro lending of clients of small and medium businesses envisages financing of existing business. The subjects of entrepreneurship must be operational during not less than 6 months in trade and not less than 9 months in services and production (without the break) till the moment of request for loan.
Clients, solvency of which does not meet the requirements of internal normative bank's documents cannot make the best of microlending program.

Subjects of entrepreneurship: individuals - entrepreneurs; legal entities (staff up to 100 persons), business of whose is connected with trade, production or services. Besides, the bank considers the requests of agroenterprises and farms, activity of whose is connected with production, processing of agricultural production, cattle breeding.

The program of microlending of SME clients proposes products of express-lending (small loans up to  30 000 UAH) and microloans, equivalent to 250 000 USD, for financing production purposes, working capital, as well as acquisition of commercial real estate and commercial auto transport.
