The Press Center is designed for press conferences, roundtable talks, presentations, trainings and seminars.
At your service are:
- a hall with an area of 95 square meters for 70 seats;
- lighting and sound equipment that makes the hall suitable for making good-quality photographs, films and recordings;
- a presidium table for 5 persons;
- 18-seat "round table";
- a 3-row VIP zone with fixed microphones, good for recording speaking people on tape;
- 8 radio microphones in the hall;
- a press box with 24 audio output ports located in the control room of the Press Center;
- a plasma screen to show video materials of any format from any spot in the hall;
- fixed-line telephone communications;
- Internet access;
- the possibility to display promotion and information signs of any format and in a preferred arrangement on the walls of the hall; installation of flags;
- an agency technician ready to help connect and setup all the hardware;
- a web cameras to take video materials at the press center and show them on the Ukrainian News website online;
- digital photography of the press conference;
- the possibility to organize a buffet lunch and coffee breaks.
Our basic services also include informing the mass media and other subscribers about the event you are planning:
- your press conference announcement will be sent out to all mass media registered in the database, including TV channels, radio and Internet resources, and printed publications in Ukraine;
- your event will be announced on the freely accessible main page of the agency website.
Additional services available are:
- audio recording of a press meeting;
- consecutive interpreting from/into English;
- moderator (host) cervices;
- posting banners at the website;
- a report concluding the press conference will be sent out to all mass media registered in the database and published on the main page of the agency website.
Special services:
- Filming of press conferences by qualified cameramen. High quality of video material allows for its further use in TV stories, programs and films. At your request the recorded material will be copied to any data medium of your choice;
- You may order a video report of the press conference and its demonstration in TV news programs under a preliminary approved media plan.
