1 First Contact
Generally you contact us by phone or email. We discuss your project in detail. We establish which of our services you require. Provide you with a preliminary cost estimate. Set up a time to meet with you.
2 First Meeting
It's time to become familiar with you. Your ideas and requirements, lifestyle of your family and your goals. It would help us to design landscape ideas and offer you unique landscapes. You can look through our design catalogues, landscape photos of beautiful yard with patios, retaining walls, trees and shrubs, irrigation systems, rock gardens and water gardens. 3 Document Preparation
On the basis of the first meeting and visit the territory of the client we prepare a general plan of a landscape or the sketch of a landscape or the dendrology plan. Then we meet with you once again. If it is necessary, we insert changes and edit. Each changes should be coordinated with you. We finish the design documentation and we meet with your approval of the landscape project. Further we pass to the following step of landscape procedure
4 Contractor Selection
If the part of works demands attraction of the contractor, we shall coax appropriate organizations into participation. We shall resort to services for only those contractors who have licenses and they've got good recommendations or we already worked with them and we know quality of their landscape works. Also, we can take advantage of your familiar organizations with your recommendations.
Probably, you should share all amount of the works between contractors and to conclude the contract with each of them. In that case, we could be one of them.
5 Greenery process and Supervision
Our landscape designers carry out the architectural supervision at all steps of the landscape designing. What does it mean? This is supporting the client's order by our expert at all steps of landscape works, from the initial stage of designing before purchase of plants, technical equipment, fertilizers and other products. In the end of works they recommend what you should do to service of your territory or you can sign the contract for landscape service by our specialists. Having taken advantage of architectural supervision, you can receive the optimum conformity between the design sketch and its embodiment on your site.
6 Landscape Completing
This is the final step where you can see the real embodiment of your design by our landscape designers. You should understand that the most beautiful picture of your site you'll receive in two or three years when your trees, shrubs and flowers become the real composition of your country house.

The guarantee can be prolonged in a case, realization by our experts of a complex of the works by preparation of garden plants to winter.

5% of discount gets a buyer who made a purchase on the total sum more than 5’000 UAH by one purchase. It gives the rights to buy any plants with a 5% discount in future.
10% of discount gets a buyer who:
* has bought plants on total sum more than 50’000 UAH by one purchase;
* has a 5% discount card and has purchased plants on total sum more than 50000 UAH during unlimited time.
* is a landscape designer and following in accordance with the rules of discount program «SKARBNICHKA».
15% of discount gets a buyer who:
* has a 10% discount card and has purchased plants on total sum more than 150’000 UAH during a season.
20% of discount gets a buyer who:
* has a 15% discount card and has purchased plants on total sum more than 250’000 UAH during a season.
The common rules:
1. A discount card is given out to a buyer after implementation above-listed conditions and filling a standard form.
2. The current information concerning your discount card you can get from our administrator.
3. Changing your discount card you can do with our administrator.
4. During the changing a discount card you have to back the old one.
5. A card is given out a buyer for getting a discount but isn't as a payment document.
6. A discount card given out to a company will be actual for this company only.
7. A discount isn't active during season sale of some kind of plants.
8. If you lost discount card you have to inform our administrator about it and make a request to give a new one.
