A valid credit card is required to complete your reservation. Once this order is completed, you will be sent a form which will need to be signed and faxed back to us before your reservation is activated. If you wish to either cancel or change your reservation, you need to do so 72 hours in advance either by fax, phone or email. A non-refundable fee, equivalent to one night's stay will be debited from your credit card should you fail to cancel your reservation or arrive on the day your reservation is due to begin.
