Reservation
Reservation conditions.
1. After filling in the apartment rent form you automatically accept our reservation conditions.
2. In the term of 24 hours you will receive the confirmation of your reservation or another apartment variant offer.
3. In case your reservation confirmation we will send you the invoice with our bank requisites and you will have to pay for one day living on our
bank account (the rest sum is paid to our representative in the day of settlement).
4. After receiving the first payment we are liable to confirm your money transfer on our bank account. We will send you a written confirmation of
your reservation – this will be a guarantee of your reservation.
Ways of making the payment.
- To use cash by your representative or by you personally.
- Via international system of urgent money transfer Western Union.
- Use Visa or MasterCard.
Necessary information for settling and apartment reservation
• Settlement time is considered from 13.00. If the apartment is free so you can settle there without paying the rest. If you wish to settle in the
flat before 13.00. and to guaranteed in your settlement so you should inform us and make the payment the day before settlement.
• Resettling time is considered from 12.00. If you wish to stay more than upper mentioned time so you should inform us and make the payment the day
before settlement.
• We do not accept apartments reservations less than for 3 days. In case you are planning to come for a shorter period, you can send the your request,
contact us before or in the day of your arrival and to receive the information about free apartments you may settle in.
• If a chosen by you flat in the pointed period is already taken we will offer you a similar accommodation (maybe in different variants).
• In case cancellation or changing of your reservation the first payment is NOT TO BE TURNED.
