Anti-crisis business-forum in the framework of “REALEXPO-2009” EXHIBITION

From 2 till 4 of June, 2009 in Kyiv will take place the festival of real estate «REALEXPO-2009». The “RealExpo” Company works in Ukraine for several years, announced meeting of the key experts of real estate market, representatives of national and foreign banks, largest domestic and foreign investors, representatives of the State bodies, Region administrations to the insightful and informative discussion about situation in construction, investments, and real estate market in Ukraine.

This meeting is:

• Place of meeting of real estate market representatives
• Complete and accurate information about the market
• Opportunity to find new partners
• Increase of the level of knowledge, competence and professional training

In the framework of the festival will take place  four exhibitions:

• «Housing-2009»
• «Residential real estate-2009»
• «Commercial real estate»
• «Investments into real estate and construction»

Besides that, will be organized the Business-Forum on real estate questions in frameworks which will be presented reports by representatives of leading international companies – experts in sphere of construction, investment and real estate management. 

The aim of the Event:
Discussion of perspectives of real estate market development in Ukraine, identification of possibilities of improvement of investment attraction to real estate objects in conditions of crisis, practical experience exchange between professionals that realize their projects and also consideration of of ways of minimization of investors and developers risks.

The program includes discussion of the following topics:

• State politics in sphere of construction, investments and real estate.

• Inhabited real estate.
• Country market in new conditions.
• Commercial real Estate of Ukraine: “lessons of crisis” and strategies of further development

The main reasons to visit the Forum:

The speakers will be the key figures of the market, representatives of national and foreign companies. They will share their experience of project realization in sphere of office, trade and warehouse real estate, hotel and entertainment complexes, inhabited real estate.
