The new data base "Consultations" was incorporated into the business-version of the system "Legal acts of Ukraine".

The author and developer is the private company "Bi-Soft" (Zaporozhie, tel.(8-0612)13-94-40, e-mail: postmaster@b-soft.com.ua ).

The data base "Consultations" were created and is maintained by technologies of NAU systems in the regime "own base". It is filled with the materials of publications in the press and contains consultations about such questions as:

• Bookkeeping (lease (leasing), barter, clearings, rigid reporting forms, currency transactions, circulation of bills, customer's raw materials, cash books and registers, business trips, commissions, trade, cash settlement, intangible assets, payment for labour, organization of bookkeeping, fixed assets, responsibility, leaves, patenting and licensing, assistance for incapacity for work and compensatory payment, settlement with accountable persons, trade operations, authorized fund, inventory records).
• Fiscal accounting (excise and stamp duty, gross incomes and outlays, single tax, rates, innovational fund, charge on land, advertising tax, tax on motor vehicles, VAT, responsibility, reporting, income tax, pension fund and social insurance fund, others taxes and charges).
• Enterprise and law (arbitrage, leasing, foreign economic activity, matters of labour law, contractual relations, controlling bodies, general business matters, carriage of cargo, foundation, reorganization, liquidation).
• Business without organization the legal entity.
