Close Joint-Stock Company “Insurance Company “CREDO-CLASSIC” was founded on February 10, 1994 , it is represented in all sectors of non-life insurance, and is a member of UNIQA Group (Austria).

Insurance Company Credo Classic is a permanent member of Ukrainian Insurance Organizations League, EBA, ACC, Motor (transport) bureau of Ukraine, Marine bureau, Nuclear insurance pool, Ukrainian agricultural risks reinsurance pool, National insurance payments club, Ukrainian Quality Association, Business development association, International Federation of drivers’ rights protection, member of Russian anti-terrorist insurance pool. It is winner of National award “Ukrainian Financial Olympus” in the nomination of “Classic insurance” for great achievements at the classic insurance market.

Presently Insurance Company Credo-Classic comprises 26 regional directorates, 88 outlets selling insurance polices, 281 insurance agents.

The Company exercises more than 70 kinds of activity and has 29 licenses issued by the State Commission regulating the financial funds of Ukraine.

The Charter fund of the company makes UAH 65,2 million.

In May, 2006, the biggest Austrian insurance concern UNIQA Group acquired 35% of Credo-Classic share holding.
