Closed Joint Stock Company Insurance Company "АRМА" is based in 1994.
The company has licenses for 23 kinds of voluntary and obligatory insurance. The basic directions of activity are property insurance, cargoes, aviation insurance, insurance of motor transport and nuclear risks.
The head office of the company is in Kiev, the regional network consists of 14 offices located in 12 regions of Ukraine.

In 2007 company was award diplomas «For development of a brand 2007», the certificate
«TOP100. The best companies of financial sector in 2007», «For participation in a rating of the most successful heads 2007», «For participation in a branch rating 2007» and others. Results All –Ukraine rating researches confirm the status of the company as one of leaders of the Ukrainian insurance market. In 2007 company has borrowed 4 place in a rating « Insurance of cargoes and luggage in corporate sector », 12 place in a rating « Medical insurance », 14 place in a rating « Insurance of property in corporate sector », (All –Ukraine rating program "Guards"), 10 place in a rating « Insurance of tourists » (magazine the Ukrainian Tourism).
Reliability of insurance protection is provided qualitative reinsurance programs in the Ukrainian and foreign markets.

Insurance company "АRМА" is a member of Financial group "АRМА" into which structure consist of - Commercial Bank "АRМА ", Leasing Company "ARMA-LEASING ", and the Credit Broker «АRМА».

History

1994 - year of the basis of Closed  Joint Stock Company IC "АRМА".
1996-1997 – the Company has acted as one of initiators of creation of the Nuclear Insurance Pool of Ukraine, accepted active participation in work above projects of laws on introduction of insurance of the responsibility of the operator for nuclear damage. Offers of the company have been considered and December 04 1997 changes in the Ukrainian legislation are accepted.

1998 - Insurance company "АRМА" became a member of League of the Insurance Organizations of Ukraine, the Member of a Nuclear Insurance Pool of Ukraine, the Collective member of the Ukrainian nuclear community, the Member of the Union under the Real estate of Kiev.

2000 – By results of, concerning insurance of the responsibility before the third parties at transportation of radioactive substances, nuclear materials, products their basis and their waste, lead Society with limited liability "TWAL" (Russia), IC "АRМА" it is recognized by the general Insurer in territory of Ukraine.

2002 - was changed  shareholders of the company, the new stage of development IC«АRМА» has begun. New long-term strategy of the company, the basic purpose – construction of the universal market insurance company is certain.

2003 – Priority kinds of insurance certain insurance of property, cargoes, aviation insurance, insurance of motor transport and nuclear risks.

2005 – Within the limits of the program of improvement of quality of servicing of the company the division Medical Assistance is created.

2006 – restructuring and expansion of the Regional network the companies which have provided increase of an overall performance is lead.

2007 - the company was award diplomas «For development of a brand 2007», the certificate
