With the help of Voice menu IVR (system of client's voice servicing) you may obtain information of Bank products and services, register request concerning Bank work.
In the voice menu IVR the following features are realized:
- Callback service provides you to leave your contact data, reason of appeal, convenient time of contact and the contact-center operator will give the call back in the shortest terms;
- application for loan receipt – filling in application for loan receipt. You may get prior information and decision on loan delivery by telephone. Our credit manager will call you and adjusts the meeting conditions in convenient for you time directly at Bank office.
- application for deposit receipt – filling in application, and deposit registration will take several minutes: all documents will be ready to your arrival to Bank office, at the stated time our deposit manager will be waiting for you.
