well saw the match, vital was just too much for peter.peter had no chance and had to quit.vital never allowed him to move close to him,he use his heigth advantage.anyway bad day for peter,he looked clueless.the trainers should be blamed.

I I don\'t believe that samuel peter did not arrange any punch on this guys face because all the photographs show only the battering of samuel\'s face. This is not true about that fight; we know peter lost but also replied at some stages in the fight.

The camera man hate peter.

famous man in the world johnson Dempsy Louis Liston Ali Holmes tyson even boring Lewis and now the average Joe does not even know who the heavyweight champ is!!!
Ali was once asked by Howard Cossel when he retired if he would miss boxing and he replied
NO HOWARD I BELIVE BOXING WILL MISS ME not that Ali could or would ever be replaced but the heavyweights are certainly missing something

THIS IS A CONTINUING PARAGRAPH FROM THE ABOVE

To boxing fans its pretty well known that Klitschko is a good heavyweight with a decent pedigree but if we are honest he is the best of an embarrassing bunch its a sad situation when you look at the state of the heavyweight division i believe its never been in such a bad way! If you look back through out champions of the past (CHAMPIONS samuel peter dont make me laugh) the likes of samuel peter would have been lucky to have been able to wash his hands in the same gym changing rooms let alone train so that leaves the question if he was the WBC champ what does that say for the rest of them? as for Klitschko he at best would have been a contender all these easton European fighters box like robots they have no understanding of the sweet science of hit and not being hit and they have been stamping there authority on the heavyweights over the past few years The heavyweight division is in dyer need of a fresh faced adrenaline boost it wasnt so long ago when the heavyweight champ was the most

Sam Peter is a fraud. Look at his mouth in that picture? How an someone that haven\'t fought in years come out and beat the hell out of a so called champion? Sam Peter is a joke.

lennox lewis beat klitschko.
Guest    (Guest) | 13.10.2008, 00:52
lennox lewis got lucky and if he didnt lace klitschkos eye and the fight wasnt called lennox would have been beaten, he quickly retired before they had a second fight which he would have most certainly lost!

lennox lewis beat klitschko. So stupid! Imbecile. Klitschko pummeled Lenox like in the punching bag but Lenox head but him twice in the eye.

Gboyega Adelaja how can sam peter still be the champion?? when he quits on the 9th round.. pfft real champions dont quit. you either get knocked out or unanimously loose the whole 12 rounds but u dont quit, heck u can even keep on fighting till the referee or your own corner decides to throw in the towel but u never quit. Sam peter was and never were a true champion.
he quit because he didn\'t have ANY ANSWERS the next time they meet ( and i hope it doesnt happen) he will get effing knocked out. Congratulations VITALI!!!!!!!!
