AstapovLawyers’ victory in the lawsuit against Kyiv City State Administration

AstapovLawyers gained a victory in the lawsuit against Health Care and Medical Maintenance Chief Administration of Kyiv City State Administration on behalf of a well-know Ukrainian pharmaceutical company.

The court decision was rendered in remarkable two months term put an end to the one-year negotiations on the debt of UAH 3,5 mln.

The Ukrainian pharmaceutical company was represented by Ms. Yulia Yashenkova, an associate with AstapovLawyers.
