•History of card business of PRAVEX-BANK

PRAVEX-BANK has many years of experience of work with payment cards of the main international payment systems and now it occupies the 7^th place in Ukraine on volumes of cards emission.

Business of payment cards was displayed on full-scale in some stages:

2008

December

PRAVEX-BANK realized the project regarding the new card product of the International payment system MasterCard implementation — MasterCard Unembossed. Within the indicated product the Instant Card Issuance project was initiated by the Bank.

The card premium-class product line of the PRAVEX-BANK is supplemented with new card of the highest level — Visa Infinite. The mentioned card is the indicator of solvent client and his belonging to the to the élite milieu. Except the offered services mentioned before (urgent card replacement, urgent cash delivery abroad, etc.), the holders of this card might use the additional services (concierge-service, urgent medical support, legal support, etc.).

November PRAVEX-BANK initiated the tender for the audit performing in a Bank regarding the compliance to the PCI DSS standard — standard of the informational security of the payment cards industry.

JulyPRAVEX-BANK jointly with Utility Plant “Kyiv Metropolitan” signed an association agreement within the co-branding project regarding the card issue, which are payment cards, credit cards, but also might be used as travel documents.

2007

December

PRAVEX-BANK jointly with the network Gasoline Stand “KLO” signed an association agreement within acquiring project through the whole Gasoline Stand “KLO” network and supermarkets “Podorozhnik” located on the territory of Gasoline Stand.

PRAVEX-BANK jointly with the company “TURTESS TRAVEL” signed an association agreement within the co-branding project

September-DecemberUnification of the ATM network of the Bank with the ATMs of the Joint-Stock Company Bank “Ukrgazbank”, Joint-Stock Company Bank “Finance and Credit”, Joint-Stock Commercial Innovation Bank “UkrSybbank” and Joint-Stock Commercial Bank of Social Development “Ukrsotsbank”. The general quantity of the ATMs of the united network as of the 1st of November 2008 is 3 785.

OctoberPRAVEX-BANK together with "Kia Motors Ukraine" Ltd realized a co-branded project

SaptemberE-vauchers range is expanded, the vouchers can be purchased via bank's ATMs network

May"Money transfer from card into card via ATM within JSCB "PRAVEX-BANK" service is introduced

MarchPRAVEX-BANK together with "Electronics World" CC realized a co-branded project

FebruaryNew project is enabled as regards the merge of ATMs networks of PRAVEX-BANK with JSCB "UKRSOTSBANK" and OJSC JSB "UKRGAZBANK". Total number of ATMs in joint network amounts to 1300

NovemberAcquiring chip certification is realized within MasterCard Incorporated payment system

OctoberNew payment credit card "Installment" issue is introduced

SeptemberPRAVEX-BANK issued first millionth card

Additional service is introduced which allows the customers to pay for their household running costs as well as to perform other payments via Internet at bank's web site

AugustCustomers-owners of payments cards issued by PRAVEX-BANK are granted the possibility to pay for their household running costs as well as to perform other payments via Internet at bank's web site

OctoberNew services concerning overdraft crediting are introduces - "Second pension"(for pension payment cards holders) and "Credit against deposit" (for deposit payment cards holders)

Trade acquiring of chip Visa payment cards is certified

ATMs functionality was enlarged and as a result it became possible to purchase e-vouchers of different mobile operators
