The Role: The Development Director will participate in the identification, evaluation, and selection of new retail property investments, and will oversee concept development, design, planning and operations of the investments in Ukraine. This position will report to the Manager of the Real Estate Fund and to the Country Managers. Background: • Higher education (business, economics, marketing, engineering) • Strong expertise in real estate market. • Work experience in development and operation of real estate projects. • Proven tack record of successfully completed real estate projects. • Fluent in English. Skills: • Ability to evaluate retail property investments, to develop business and investment plans, and to develop an attractive commercial and technical concept for the investment. • Project management skills, including budgeting and controlling. • Ability to lead and motivate international teams, to establish goals, and to set direction, in a largely unstructured and fast-changing environment. • Good communication skills with clients, team members, and governmental administration.
