I have been working at Ciklum since January 2006 as the leader of QualiWare team, currently containing 9 developers and testers. The thing I like the most about Ciklum is the optimal balance between overall production environment provided by Cikulm as a "hosting" company and freedom of decisions when it comes to the development process and project/team management. We report solely to QualiWare which is in fact our actual employer, and are treated the same way the Danish developers in Copenhagen office are.

I’ve been working in Traen for more than 3,5 years. Starting as a tester currently I hold the position of test team lead of team of 3 people (growing twice in 2 months).
For me work in Traen is stability, is opportunity for further professional and career growth. It is also nice and interesting people. I like to work with Danish as they are smart, intelligent, posses good sense of humor, always polite. What is important is that the style of management is not only product delivery oriented but people oriented.
