2010-2011 Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship for Mid-Career Professionals
The U.S. Embassy in Ukraine announces the launch of the 2010-2011
Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship for Mid-Career Professionals.
This is a 10-month, non-degree program for Ukrainian mid-career
professionals who have a completed professional degree and at least
five years of substantial professional experience in the field of:
- Agricultural and Rural Development;
- Economic Development/Finance and Banking;
- HIV/AIDS Policy and Prevention;
- Natural Resources/Environmental Policy/Climate Change;
- Public Health Policy and Management;
- Urban and Regional Planning.
The application deadline is:

The Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine is pleased to
announce a web-forum on the U.S. Exchange Visitor Programs which will
take place on March 10-20. The main topics for discussion will be:
- Overview of exchange programs
- Summer Work and Travel and Camp Counselor programs
- Program Requirements.
- How to get started.
- Authorized period of stay.
- Grace period.
- What to do if there are problems with
the U.S. employer or program sponsor.
Our staff will be able to discuss these programs on-line and answer
any questions our interested audience may have.

Global Supplementary Grant Program (GSGP 2009 – 2010)
The Open Society Institute's Network Scholarship Programs (NSP)
is pleased to announce the Global Supplementary Grant Program (GSGP)
for the 2009 – 2010 academic year. GSGP offers supplementary grants
to qualified students from select countries including Ukraine to pursue
doctoral studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences at accredited
universities in Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle/Near East, and North
America.
Please note that this is a supplementary program not intended for full funding.
