Successful experience on the first bonds issue in amount of 100 million UAH, issued at the end of 2006, allowed the bank to plan bringing in facilities at the stock market by placing bonds of new issue with total amount of 250 million UAH.
By the terms of issue are foreseen a coupon period in 91 days, fixed rate on the first four coupon periods, annual #tender#. The international rating agency Fitch Ratings appropriated an issue rating of BBB (-), forecast is stable, according to the national scale.
The par value of one bond makes 1000 UAH. Bonds interests of both series are planned at the level of 12,5% annually. Payment of coupon profit is quarterly. At the end of the first and second year of bonds circulation the possibility of sight of bonds redemption is foreseen.
