About the Bank

The Joint-Stock Bank Kyivska Rus was founded on May 30, 1996. The Bank offers a wide range of banking services on the grounds of the Ukrainian National Bank Licence ¹ 19 dated January 14, 2002 and the Permit ¹ 19-3 dated January 2002.

Pursuant to the Independent Credit Rating Agency, the Bank’s credit rating – ua BBB – is “Stable”.

As of January 01, 2009 the Bank’s authorized capital totals UAH 276,080 million.

The Bank has 136 structural subdivisions throughout Ukraine (10 branches and 126 outlets).

The Joint-Stock Bank Kyivska Rus is a member of the first UkrSWIFT Stock Exchange, the Interregional Fund Union, the Guarantee Deposit Fund, and the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange.
