Tariffs are specified in UAH with VAT and PT by a condition on 01.02.2009. Connection fee is absent, incoming SMS – free of charge.
1 MTS companies group in CIS: MTS Russia, MTS Belorus, MTS Uzbekistan, BCTI Turkmanistan and Vivacell Armenia.
* Incoming and outgoing voice calls to any direction (to Ukraine, on host country, to other countries). Tariffing is constant, since the first second of connection.
The minimum rest on the account, allowing to make an outgoing call, should be equal to costs of 1 minute for the given direction.
 
The minimum rest on the account, allowing to make SMS sending in roaming is 20 UAH. In the case of the use of call forwarding, minimum account balance must make a cost no less than six minutes of call for a tariff area in which a call is made.
 
The names of tariff zones are chosen for simplicity of perception and can not coincide with the geographical and/or political zoning.
