Make sure your most frequently dialled numbers are stored in your handset's memory with the appropriate international access codes accordingly. Example, you should dial all the numbers in Ukraine in the following format + 380 YY ÕÕÕ ÕÕ ÕÕ, where:

 

There is no need to change these numbers when you return, the prefix will also operate in Ukraine.

 

Delete all temporary International calls barring through your phone menu.

 

Do not forget to take charger and power adapter.

 

Always pack your phone, charger and power adapter in your hand luggage for maximum security and safety.

 

Switch off your mobile phone before boarding an aircraft and switch it back on once you are in an airport terminal at your destination.

 

If you decided not to take your mobile phone with you while travelling abroad, activate incoming calls forwarding option to another local (ukrainian) phone number.

 

If you do not activate international roaming service, but on arrival abroad turn on your phone with MTS sim card, all kinds of forwardings which were installed in Ukraine, will not work.

 

We recommend you attentively to check the proposed conditional forwardings and if there is no necessity for their usage to deactivate all conditional forwardings, including call forwarding to Voice Mail in roaming while executing technical conditions of conditional forwarding you can pay double the tariff for an incoming call and for a call forwarding - outgoing call. Also you can set unconditional forwarding of your incoming calls to a phone number in Ukraine while travelling. In this case you will use your mobile phone only for outgoing calls. All incoming calls will go on that phone number on which you have ordered unconditional forwarding.
