Trainings

The training department at Lavrynovych&Partners law firm develops and conducts HR audit, prepares education programs, seminars and trainings.

We offer a number of basic programs that can be adapted to the particular goals of our Clients and also develop unique training-seminars that meet Clients’ specific organizational needs.

«HR office work» - Seminar-cum-workshop (20 teaching hours)

heads of enterprises, managers and personnel of HR departments.

Aim of the training:  familiarization with legal documents regulating labour relations with an employee, the Labour code of Ukraine. The main goal of the seminar-cum-workshop is to learn the basic issues of HR office study as well as the document and legal database together with training materials.


«HR practical work for a supervisor, HR manager» - Training-seminar (30 teaching hours)

heads of enterprises, managers and personnel of HR departments.

Aim of the training:  familiarization with normative and legal documents regulating labour relations with an employee, the Labour code of Ukraine; acquirement of modern techniques for the appraisal of staff necessity, conducting interviews, motivation and certification of personnel.


«Effective selection and employment of the staff: testing and valuation techniques» - Training (20 teaching hours)

heads of enterprises, HR managers, personnel of HR development department and HR departments.

Aim of the training:  development of the skills necessary for effective selection and employment of the staff; establishment of the valuation criterions of selection techniques and decision making; familiarization with modern pshychotechnology.


«Administrative communication skills» - Training (20 teaching hours)

top and middle managers.

Aim of the training:  enhancement of personal skills of the administrative communication in the company of professionals in field of management. During the training the special attention will be paid to the management activity in terms of the professional communication as well as to various aspects of business and personal communication with colleagues in the office and finding of new approaches to establishment of business relations; analysis of reasons for dissatisfaction and staff conflicts.


«Basis of the management communication» - Training (20 teaching hours)

heads of enterprises, personnel of HR departments, recruitment agencies, top and middle managers.

Aim of the training:  learning of the main and second management functions; acquirement of the modern systems of personnel management and skills of motivating and de-motivating influence in personnel and individual management; enhancement of general management culture in the company.


«New techniques of personnel management» - Training (20 teaching hours)

heads of enterprises, middle managers who would like to enhance their adequacy, develop and systemize theoretical and practical skills in field of personnel management.

Aim of the training:  development of abilities and skills of the effective personnel management using them in practice.


«Secretarial skills necessary for effective work in the company» - Training (20 teaching hours)

secretaries, office-managers, staff assistants, executive assistants, personnel who performs some secretarial duties.

Aim of the training:  To enhance quality of work of a secretary in the company. To develop professional skills needed for the effective work as a secretary. To develop secretarial additional communicative skills of professional communication both with internal and external clients.
