Customer-bank
The “Customer-bank” System of TF Bank “Kontrakt” enables the following:
- To form and to send to the Bank payment orders in national and foreign currencies from a computer at client’s office;
- To form and to send to the Bank requests for purchase/sale of foreign currency;
- To receive bank statements of money flows through account from the Bank;
- To set up business rules for making payments from account of the client on business parameters set by the client*;
- To exchange written communications with the Bank.

Specialists of the Bank are ready to update the functions of the “Customer-bank” System according to demands and specifics of client’s business. The request can be e-mailed to client@kontrakt.ua. Bank’s employees will respond to the message as soon as possible.
If a client does not have the possibility to, or does not want to, use Internet to use the “Customer-bank” System, PC-Banking may be used, that is working with the “Customer-bank” System in off-line mode. In such case the connection is established by connection of client’s modem to Bank’s modem pool.
