One time crediting
Baseline terms and conditions for granting one-time crediting at TF Bank "Kontrakt":
- Terms of crediting: from 3 month to 3 years.
- Currencies of crediting: hryvnas, US dollars.
- Amounts of crediting: from UAH 200 thousands to UAH 17 millions; from USD 40 thousands to USD 3.5 millions. No limits if the crediting is secured by monetary funds.
- Baseline interest rate: interest rates of TF Bank "Kontrakt" vary depending on the specifics of borrower's business, kind of project and of security.
- Crediting commissions: commission for review of project: 1% of the crediting amount.
Additional expenses that may occur in the process of crediting granting:
- payment for carrying out an independent expert appraisal of pledged (mortgaged) property;
- remuneration of notary for certifying pledge (mortgage) contract;
- payment of insurance premium when insuring pledged (mortgaged) property.
