Information notice

A new procedure of designation of authorized collective management organizations is provided for by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of 22.12.2008 № 1175.

New Database

A new database (DB) "Automated DB of Intellectual Property of UEFA and its Commercial Partners" has been placed in "Information Resources" section.

Notice

The All-Ukrainian association of copyright and related rights subjects "Oberig" has been excluded from the List of autorized collective management organizations.

New in IP

A new section "Intellectual Property" has been created in "UNIAN Human Rights" chapter on the website of the Ukrainian National Information Agency (UNIAN).

Database

As from November 1, 2008 access to the database "Marks for Goods and Services Registered in Ukraine" is free of charge.
