The legal regulation of transport and forwarding activity in Ukraine is in the stage of testing because the very short time has passed since transport and forwarding activity got independent regulatory basis in the form of the state acts.
Taking into account that major part of transportation is the international transportation, it is necessary to unify (harmonize) national legal regulations with international sources of law, this will produce positive effect on integration processes in the field of transportation with Europe and CIS, as a part of international transport corridors in particular.
