How does an automatic shopping cart work?

The procedure for ordering CDs at www.UMKA.com.ua is easy. Choose a CD. Click the button Orig:http://www.umka.com.ua/img/b_add_eng.gif Add to cart

. Add some more CDs. You save if you order several CDs together! Open your cart - click on the "Shopping cart" link at the top right corner of the screen. Click on "checkout". Choose your country, payment method and fill in your address. Put your credit card number on the secure page of 2Checkout.com.

How long do CDs stay in my shopping cart?

When you add a CD to your shopping cart, it is automatically reserved for 4 hours. If you have not finalized your order within 4 hours, it will be cancelled and all CDs will be returned to stock and made available to other buyers.

Сan I pay with my credit card? Is it safe?

The American company 2CheckOut is our online retailer. Read more about safety of online payments in the "Security" section.

On the payment page, do not forget to enter the "3 or 4 digit code after your credit card #". This code is found on the back of your card and is known as the "CVV code". See the picture explaining where to find this code. If your credit card currency is not USD, then we suggest that you use the currency converter service of 2CheckOut. Click on the flag of your currency on the payment page to save on currency exchange.

Can I pay by check?

We accept checks from US banks through the 2CheckOut system. Unfortunately, they do not accept checks from other banks. In Ukraine check processing may take 1-2 months. It is for this reason we do not accept check payments from other countries.

Can you send CDs cash-on-delivery (COD)?

Cash on delivery is a transaction in which goods are paid immediately when they are received by the buyer. WE SEND CDS CASH-ON-DELIVERY WITHIN UKRAINE ONLY. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SEND CDS COD TO OTHER COUNTRIES. For our clients in other countries there are other convenient forms of payment.

Do you offer other payment options?

Yes, we offer other forms of payment too. These are money transfers and "virtual" money transfers Webmoney, Yandex.Dengi and others. Internet-bank RUPAY will be a middleman for the transactions. Unfortunately RUPAY offers their services in Russian only. Please switch to Russian to read more about other forms of payment.
If you live in Kyiv, you may pay courier upon delivery.

Our office and stock is located in Kyiv, Ukraine. We send CDs from here.

We send compact discs world-wide. We now have customers in more then 50 countries: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Paraguay, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom and United States. You may add your country to the list.

Shipping within Ukraine is free of charge. Cost of delivery to other countries depends on quantity of ordered discs:

Some editions contain more then one CD. They are considered as a single CD. Shipping cost of collections depends on the number of CDs in it. Is you are not sure how much shipping will cost then simply add all wanted CDs to your shopping cart. Our system will automatically calculate shipping costs depending on number of CDs and shipping country.

What are the delivery options and how long do they take?

Shipping in Ukraine is made by regular mail. If you live in Kyiv, you may order CDs with courier delivery. Courier services cost 8UAH for the orders below 90UAH. Courier services are free for orders over 90 UAH.
We ship compact discs internationally using International Air Mail. This is the fastest way to send parcels abroad. Shipping time depends on the customer location and customs processing (if any). According to our experience, shipping times are the following:
Kyiv - 1 - 3 days;
Ukraine - 5 - 7 days;
Austria, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom - 7 - 10 days;
USA and Japan - 10 - 14 days;
Russia - 10 - 20 days;
Belgium, Israel, Italy, France - 10 - 20 days;
Australia and South America - 15-25 days.

How can I check the status of my order?

We send automatic notifications when your order is received and when it is sent. If you have additional question about your order status, do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail.

What is your return policy?

If your compact disc is not defective, it can be returned only if it is unopened. Our aim is to provide you with full information about every CD (list of songs, CD cover, playing time, sound clips), so you can make an informed decision.
If you have received a compact disc which is broken, has mechanical defects or does not play, we will replace it with a good quality CD of the same title.
The following are comments about plastic CD cases (boxes). We carefully pack every order, but sometimes fragile CD boxes get broken. We do not replace broken boxes because their price (around 20 cents) is much lower then the price of the CD or the shipping price. If you wish, we can add 1-2 empty CD cases for free to your order. Ask for them in the special comments field when you order. I must say, that we receive very few complaints about broken boxes.
In any case, please e-mail us first if you have any problems with your order.
