• landline phones: 2,04 UAH per min. incl. VAT actual rates of Ukrtelecom;
• mobile phones of MTS 5,36 UAH per min. incl. VAT, excl. PF actual rates of MTS;
• if you are using services of any other telephone provider, please contact them directly to find out the rates applicable to 8-900 calls.

Why is telephone support a paid service, while e-mail support is free?

It is really simple: you pay for urgency.
Whenever you call us, your call will be served without any que.

This does not mean that e-mail support works slower or is of worse quality. E-mail messages get answered in the order they are received and only during business hours. But sometimes it happens that your problem or question needs immediate attention. This is the case when 24-Hour Telephone support comes in handy.
