During organization and conduct of search we adhere to three principles: “speed of implementation”, “quality of services”, “successful realization”. Only in such a way it’s possible to realize projects, according to the market conditions with the high competition’s level.

Due to our work-technology, not more than two weeks is the interval between agreement assignment up to the search of specialists and first interviews with applicants. Before making an agreement, we execute preparation and signing such documents:

•    questioning list (on its basement the commercial proposition is formed in future);

•    requirement specification;

•    agreement about collaboration.

Complex approach on each vacancy enables organizing careful search and selection of applicants for your opened position by the project group. Thus all work is parted on four stages:

•    previous stage (request’s analysis, commercial proposition’s preparation, agreement’s signing and making a package of documents between Customer and HR CONSULTING);

•    search (on the basis of complex approach to the possible sources);

•    “short list’s” creation

•    final stage (making final interviews, forming “job offer”, accompaniment  of applicants in the guarantee term).
