Mr. Valeriy Volkov Director of Odessa Radio Transmitting Center (Odessa Regional Radio Television Transmitting Center) in his speech on the 2nd International Forum "Digital Broadcasting in Ukraine", said that in 70th (with center in Izmail) and 74th (with center in Sarati) zones of Odessa's region building of digital television network had been completed. "The network was built by Odessa Regional Radio Television Transmitting Center at the expense of BRT Concern's development funds", emphasized Mr. Volkov, "without coordination actions with Ukrainian Digital Television Networks, company- operator of digital multiplexer MX-4 ".
The invested amount was not mentioned by Mr. Volkov.
