Service which is more valuable then oilStarting from 15th till 22nd of August there was running Professional Development Programme “Make a difference” at the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management. The main goal of the program was to increase the level of hospitality service.
Representatives of Ukrainian hospitality became pioneers who were participating in such program. 12 managers from Donbass Palace and Opera hotels were studying – how to be different from the other hotels.
Dubai is “Mekka” of hospitality industry. The only one in the world 7 star hotel Burj Al Arab, which belongs to Jumeirah group, is situated exactly here. At this hotel and also at the other 5star hotels of Jumeirah group the managers of the both Ukrainian hotels had a great experience of the secrets of Arabian hospitality.
