Kyiv, November 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) - It is high time that unpopular reforms are carried out in Ukraine, Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said.
"Now it is time to carry out unpopular reforms," Tymoshenko told the Fifth Channel on Sunday evening.
The PM also said that she does not care about how her "personal ratings or rating of our political force will drop when the country needs to combat economic crisis."
