In Kreditprombank successfully completed independent recertificational audit of the quality management system approving the conformity the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2000.
Independent Certification Audit was conducted in OJSC “Kreditprombank” by international company on certification «Societe Generale de Surveillance» («SGS»)*, accredited for performing assessment of Quality Management Systems conformity by the Accreditation Service of Great Britain – «UKAS».
In 2005 Kreditprombank was the first one on the financial Ukrainian market to receive international certificate ISO 9001:2000 and annually successfully confirms the level of managing processes, demonstrating adherence to the policy in the sphere of quality and the strategy of client oriented bank. The principle of permanent improving of the processes is the basic priority in the system of bank quality management
While recertification audit held by the «SGS» company no variances in Kreditprombank system appeared and the prolongation up to 2011 of the quality certificate, issued on 29.07.2005 took place. 
In the report the auditors of the «SGS» company reflected 23 positive observations. In particular, it was noted the following positive aspects in management bank system:
- top management provides the resources, necessary to achieve political goals of client orientation;
- it is noted the high level of organization and processes management;
- analysis and operational bank processes monitoring are actively hold by the top management;
- at every level analysis of the services provided is well organized;
- client oriented principle permanently realized in dynamic;
- bank procedures are constantly optimized;
- annual increasing of assets is noted, as well as sales network expanding along with good dynamic of financial indexes development.
The representative of «SGS» company, regional manager on Eastern Europe – Kostenko Oksana Vsevolodovna on 21.08.08 had presented quality certificate to the Chairman of the Boards of Kreditprombank – Leonidovy Viktory Dmitrievichy.
In the meeting with Heads of the structural subdivisions Kostenko O.V. underlined coordination of the managing processes, high professional level of the employers and coherency in team work in the bank.
