Experts valuation

Rivne Chamber of Commerce and Industry provides experts valuation of property, property rights, land, vehicles and equipment since 1998, the clients of the Chamber are state institutions and organizations, commercial structures and private persons.

RCCI has a big information basis, which is necessary for experts valuation, first of all price information, which is constantly widened through network Internet, e-mail, price lists of newspaper "Business", "Galytski kontrakty" and others.

At the examination department we have following specialists:

• the head of department Hayuk O.S., certificate FSPU № 1193 from 31.10.1998 y., the representative of Expert Council of UAV in Rivne region (protocol of UAV from 15.11.2005 year);
  experts:
• Zacharko O.V. certificate of FSPU № 1201 from 31.10.1998 y., certificate of State committee of land resources № 16-017 from 03.03.2001 y.,
• Hodovanyuk V.F. certificate of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine №1010 from 14.07.2006 y.,
• Havrylyuk S.V. certificate of State committee of land resources № 16-036 from 05.04.2003 y.,
• Yaroshchuk M.M. certificate of State committee of land resources № 16-014 from 16.09.2000 y.

In 2005 year we have got in Fund of state property of Ukraine "Certificate №3377/05 of subject of evaluation activity", which let provide the expert valuation of property in the following directions:

• valuation of objects in material form;
• valuation of complete property complexes, shares, securities, property laws and intangible assets, including valuation of rights for objects of intellectual property.
• auto-merchandising examination (determination of valuation of vehicles, determination of rate of damages made to the owner of vehicle)

In 2005 year we have got "Licence №117578 at State committee of Ukraine of land resources", which let provide land surveying and land evaluative works.

We provide valuation during:

• privatization and creation of joint ventures;
• land evaluative works;
• bankruptcy and alienation by way of real security;
• leasing operations;
• bank crediting;
• insurance;
• rent;
• valuation of installed and missing equipment, vehicles
• determination of rate of damages made to the owner of vehicle.
