The Cabinet of Ministers has made the decision to reduce expenses for maintenance of the state machine by 20% as of November 1, 2008.

Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said this at the press conference.

«We have already taken the decision to reduce all administrative expenses of the whole executive system by 20%,» Tymoshenko said.

Besides, the prime minister said that the government had fixed the limit for use of passenger cars used by state bodies.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, on January 30, the Cabinet of Ministers resumed limitation of expenses per state car with UAH 500,000.
