Tasks:

Providing operational support related to transactions of General Lending Products in full compliance with the current procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Registers/updates limit and facility data.
• Registers/updates collateral value into bookkeeping and static systems.
• Reflects credit operations in the bank’s books and internal systems.
• Consult other departments on possible ways to use customer’s facilities.
• Executes Draw Downs Requests compliant with current facility terms.
• Controls timely and complete receiving of the income (interest and fees) due to the Bank, ensures
• its correct reflection (including adding-on where necessary) in the Bank’s books.
• Monthly reconciliates data on credit operations in analytical and syntactical accounts.
• Keeps tracking on changes in local legislation and NBU requirements related to Loan Administration field, in cooperation with other departments ensures proper following them.

Qualification, experience required:

• University degree in Economics
• Min. 1 year on the similar position
• Good knowledge of English language
