FOREIGN CURRENCY OPERATIONS
The Ukrainian Professional Bank offers the following operations with the foreign currency:
Opening and keeping foreign currency and multy-currency accounts
Coversion of a currency into another one
Foreign currency transfers to pther parties or on their instruction
Remittance of certificates or other written documents
Arrangement of Registration Certificate of NBU for receiving a loan in foreign currency from a non-residents
Foreign currency sales and purchase on the instruction of the client
Corporate pay cards
Purchase of foreign currency for business trips abroad
Servicing accounts of non-resident investors
General Conditions as for operations to be made in foreign currency:
All costs associated with cheques' delivery formalities, effecting transfers and payments are to be debited from the beneficiary account unless it is specified otherwise in the payment orders.
Any other extra costs not included to this tariff, in particular telephone, telegraph, telex or telefax communications, state mandatory fees, costs for message transfer, extra mail costs, as well as corespondent costs are to be separately demanded for debiting in every certain case.
In case the order entails extra processing efforts the Bank has a right for additional costs reimbursement.
If deemed necessary minimal and maximal costs specified in USD are to be converted into other foreign currencies on the rate effective for the date of transaction.
The payment orders delivered to the Bank before 15-00 o'clock are to be served with the date of execution specified as the current date, otherwise as the date of the following working day.
On the parties' agreement the tariffs of the commission can be established separately for every client. The agreed tariff rates are fixed in the form of formal tariff agreement.
The conditions and specified tariffs are subject to variations any time without a prior notice.
