Awards

The merits and contributions of TMM Company and its employees to the development of Ukraine's construction industry and support of different public initiatives are acknowledged by the state prizes and local administrations' letters as well as the honours from Ukrainian Orthodox Church.

  2000

TMM Company was awarded with Gold Stele of Quality and Diploma - awards of the Golden Fortune International Open Popularity and Quality Rating in nomination Leading Construction Company.

  2001

General Director of TMM Company Mykola Tolmachov was awarded with Level 2 Cross of Honour "For Revival of Ukraine".

For high merits and contributions for Ukrainian people and Ukrainian Orthodox Church the Metropolitan of Kyiv and Ukraine, Head of Ukrainian Orthodox Church Blessed Volodymyr awarded General Director of TMM Company Mykola Tolmachov with the "Medal of Honour".

  2002

TMM Company became the winner of the contest Construction Companies - Leaders of New Ukraine taking place within the International Exhibition of Construction Technologies (BuildTech 2002) in Odesa.

By the Decree of the StateBud of Ukraine TMM Company was awarded with the Level 2 Diploma for the high quality of construction works during the construction of residential complex with closed parking on Gali Tymofeyevoyi Street, 3.

  2003

By the Decree of the President of Ukraine the group of Tokan construction mixtures inventors in the person of TMM General Director Mykola Tolmachov was awarded with State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Engineering 2002 for creation of the competitive polymineral mixtures, organization of its industrial production and its broad usage in construction.

  2004

TMM Company was top-ranked by TOP-100.Most Dynamic Companies of Ukraine rating conducted by financial-economic weekly InvestGazeta.

  2005

General Director of TMM Company Mykola Tolmachov ranked fourth in top-managers' annual rating of Ukraine TOP-100. 100 Best Top-Managers of Ukraine, conducted by financial-economic weekly InvestGazeta.

Metropolitan of Kyiv and Ukraine Head of Ukrainian Orthodox Church Blessed Volodymyr awarded TMM General Director with the Level 3 Order of Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Saint Nestor the Chronicler (Litopysets).

TMM Company ranked seventh in specialized rating TOP-100. Best Companies of Ukraine, conducted by financial-economic weekly InvestGazeta.

General Director of TMM Company Mykola Tolmachov is awarded with the Certificate of Merit by the State Department on Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Medal of Acknowledgement "Creator" for many years of dedicated work, high professionalism and great contribution in scientific-technical provision of economic development of Ukraine.

During the commissioning of the tram depot named after Taras Shevchenko six employees of TMM Company received the rewards from Kyiv Mayor:

General Director of TMM Company Mykola Tolmachov received the Letter of Gratitude from Kyiv Mayor Oleksandr Omelchenko for his high professionalism and considerable personal contribution in construction industry development.

  2006

General Director of TMM Company Mykola Tolmachov ranked second in annual specialized rating TOP-100. Best Managers of Ukraine, conducted by Ekonomika (Economy) Publishing House.

TMM Company was awarded with the Diploma and Stele Leader of Construction and Architecture - 2005 for considerable contribution in development of construction and architecture of Ukraine during the national project Construction and Architecture - 2005 organized by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Construction, Transport, Housing and Connection and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

  2007

National Project Man of the Year 2006 entitled General Director of TMM Company Mykola Tolmachov with Entrepreneur of the Year.

Tmm Company has been awarded for its contribution to development of the building sector in Kharkov region in 2007.

On August, 7 President Victor Yushchenko on occasion of "Builder's Day" awarded "Order of Merit" of the III degree to General Director of company TMM Mykola Tolmachov.

TMM Company ranked fifth in "TOP-100. Best Companies of Ukraine", a specialized rating, conducted by a financial-economic weekly InvestGazeta.

General Director of TMM Company Mykola Tolmachov was named among ten best top-managers in '10 Best TOP-Managers of Ukraine 2007', a rating conducted by Companion magazine.

TMM Company was awarded with the Honorable Sign 'Slobozhanska Slava' for outstanding merits in development of Kharkiv region, considerable contribution into the construction branch of Kharkiv oblast and high professionalism.

General Director of TMM Company Mykola Tolmachov top-ranked in 'TOP-100. Best Top-Managers of Ukraine - 2007' rating in 'Construction' section, and ranked 16 in the general rating of 100 best top-managers.

TMM Company entered the 'Guard of Socially Responsible Companies' rating with B+ level.

The project of TMM Company - retail & entertainment complex KOMOD became the 'Project of the Year - 2007' among the projects of retail real estate in Ukraine according to Europaproperty.com.

Mykola Tolmachov ranked third among the best top-managers in the construction field within of All-Ukrainian rating 'Guard of Top-Managers'.

TMM Company was ranked as one of TOP-3 most innovative Ukrainian companies in the construction area, according to the results of the 'Guard of Innovators 2008' rating.

General Director of TMM Company Mykola Tolmachov has ranked second in the rating '10 Most Famous Developers in the Professional Community' conducted by 'Building' magazine.

TMM was top-ranked in '8 Professional Subcontractors of Ukraine' rating according to Building Business.

Volodymyr Ustinov, Chief Engineer of TMM Company, was awarded with the Rank of "Honoured Builder of Ukraine" in according to the Decree of President of Ukraine No.689/2008 by August 6, 2008 "On Rewarding Workers of the Construction Branch with State Awards of Ukraine".
