It is the fourth time the International Business-Forum «Call Centers & CRM Kyiv 2008» gathers specialists and professionals in the field of Call Center and CRM solutions! The dynamics of market development, number of existing in-house and outsourced Call Centers, and also companies specializing on building and support to CallCenters&CRM solutions are the proof to the fact that this industry has been successfully established in Ukraine. This year, the Organizers have made this event even more substantial and outstanding which will make the results achieved by the industry to get a New View. One of the novelties of the Forum is an extended international section owing to which Ukrainian specialists will have a chance to get valuable experience of high rate professionals of world wide level who will suggest solutions for Ukrainian problems of “Loyalty Industry” Within the framework of the Forum a large CallCenters&CRM exhibition will be held that will enable you to establish business contacts, facilitate business partners and consultants acquisition to reach the goals your company sets forth.
The Program of the FORUM includes:
Section “Ahead of the World!” will be focused on innovation directions of Call Centers & CRM technologies development, to analyzing cases of introducing up-to-date solutions both in Ukraine and in the world’s Call Centers & CRM practice. Section “Around the World” will gather “Loyalty Industry” specialists from Europe, Asia, USA and the Middle East; specific instruments of interaction with the staff will be presented, as well as the ways to increase the staff’s efficiency and to develop means of control. The emphasis of the section: practice of professional staff recruitment and training, administration, measuring capacity and level of qualification, fighting against labor fluidity. Within the framework of this section, a round table will be held; it will be devoted to vital HR issues Call Centers face and exchange of experience between specialists of this field. Section “Battlefield – Call Center. Strategy and Tactics” will be devoted to the issue of Call Center control optimization, to planning and distribution of workload inside the Call Center, increase of efficiency both of each operator and separate operators’ groups. The section will disclose crucial reasons to necessity of increasing and improving Call Centers’ capacity and platforms that is the critical moment in the course of rapid growth of a client database. Section “Setting Priorities – Using Outsourcing” is focused on practical experience and knowledge exchange between representatives of outsourcing Call Centers from Ukraine, Russia and other countries. The Section program includes vital issues of interaction with outsourcing Call Center staff, organization and management of outsourcing projects, building systems of cooperation with clients, systems of development and implementation of business processes inside the Call Center.
Participants of the previous Forums certainly remember All-Ukrainian Annual Contest for Call Centers Operators “Profi Voice” when the nest operator was determined. This year, taking part in the contest is free of charge!
