KHARKIV "OSVITA" EDUCATIONAL ADVISING CENTER BELONGS TO A NETWORK OF EDUCATIONAL ADVISING CENTERS AFFILIATED WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE AND PROVIDES ACCURATE, COMPREHENSIVE, CURRENT AND UNBIASED INFORMATION ON U.S. STUDY.

Working hours

We are open for public
on Monday - Friday from 10.00 a.m. till 5.00p.m.
BUT our site is open 24x7.

Global Supplementary Grant Program (GSGP 2008 – 2009)
GSGP offers supplementary grants to students intending to pursue doctoral studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences at accredited universities in Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle/Near East, and North America.
