Business Management Education and Training Committee Meeting

Agenda:

In continuation of the launched series of the Committee meetings dedicated to MBA education and its status in Ukraine Ms. Oksana Kukuruza, International Management Institute MIM-Kyiv, delivered a presentation "Employability of MBAs."

The presentation covered the following points:

  • what employability is;
  • what employers are expecting from MBA graduates;
  • what an employer can offer to MBA recruits;
  • what a school can offer to boost up MBAs employability;
  • what the current situation in Ukraine is.

The Committee Meeting was a unique educational opportunity and professional discussion panel where participants were able to learn more on the global trends regarding employers satisfaction with MBA graduates, MBA education's current status in Ukraine and the direction if its further development aimed at the best meeting of expectations of the MBA educational services' customers.

1.     Presentation on “Using of SAAS for Quantitative Investigations in the Internet” prepared by Vlad Zhovtenko, WorldAPP Inc.

2.     Discussion on an academic research of the BMET Committee with the SAAS implementation. Topic, participants and deadlines.

3.        Legislation acts on support for crediting the obtainment of higher education by students.

Mission Statement

The Mission of the Business Management Education and Training Committee is to positively influence the working environment of educational and training organizations by clarifying issues and, when necessary, advocating for change.

It also serves as a bridge of understanding and cooperation between the business and education communities - raising awareness of the value of education and training, identifying key needs of business, and promoting services that satisfy those needs.
