Democratic leaders arrive at Azerbaijani boarder, depart for Tbilisi

President Victor Yushchenko, President Toomas Ilves of Estonia, President Valdas Adamkus of Lithuania, President Lech Kaczynski of Poland and Prime Minister Ivars Godmanis of Latvia have arrived at the boarder of Azerbaijan to go to Tbilisi from there with automobile column.
